Appennins.
Artichoke is cultivated in Brisighella ,thanks to particular climate and soil rich in
clay, it has
unique and inimitable colour and taste.
Leaves instead are green-grey coloured and are big and prickly .
The taste is a little bit bitter but in the same time is fresh and appetizing.
Moretto artichoke is suitable for pinzimonio or in pots with oil.
